IIT Madras Pravartak’s Data Analytics in Retail & E-commerce is developed to help participants appreciate the applications of data analytics in the retail industry. The programme aims to help participants understand that data for retail analytics can come from various sources, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, customer loyalty programmes, online transactions, social media, and more. The objective is to empower participants pose and solve relevant problems by applying pertinent machine learning algorithms, the use of no code platforms, and Python programming.
